Es gibt endlich neue Firmware für den Pearl PX8020.
Folgende Änderungen wurden gemacht:

Hallo!
Die Fa. Pearl bietet einen niedlichen kleinen NAS-Server an der garnicht mal so schlecht ist. Die Bestellnummer lautet: PX-8020 und es handelt sich im originalen um ein 7Links-Gerät.
Die Firmware des Gerätes ist jedoch ein Graus. Im Auslieferzustand ist der Stand: FW1.38a W1.09
Über den Loader ist mir nichts bekannt.
Ich habe mir mal die Mühe gemacht herauszufinden um welches Gerät es sich handlet und ob es andere Firmware dafür gibt.
Die Bezeichungen des Gerätes lauten: NASU-2, WANSER, ULS-3282, PX-8020. Wobei die Firmware immer die selbe ist nur das Branding wurde geändert.
Um das Branding zu umgehen muss in der Firmwaredatei ein bischen was verändert werden. Diese Mühe habe ich mir mal gemacht und konnte so meinen PEARL PX8020 auf einen ULS3282 mit FW 1.55a Loader 1.20e W1.28 Updaten.
Das Gerät eignet sich hervorragend zum downloaden von Dateien aus dem Torrent-Netzwerk
.
